City council to conduct hearing on proposed Cottonwood subdivision

WALLA WALLA – The Walla Walla City Council will conduct a public hearing regarding the proposed Cottonwood subdivision on Monday starting at 6:30 p.m., in the Walla Walla High School Commons, 800 Abbott Road.

The purpose of the public hearing is to gather testimony regarding the proposed development agreement relating to approximately 104 acres of land located north and east of Cottonwood Road and west of Kendall Road.

The developer, Cottonwood Investors of Walla Walla, has applied to the city’s development services department to build 257 single family residential lots with an associated street, drainage facilities, and open space.
