PENDLETON – The Pendleton City Council meets at 7 p.m. today (Tuesday) in council chambers. One item on the consent agenda could see the city turning to the InterMountain Education Service District for internet service.
City staff is recommending the city manager be allowed to execute a purchase order to IMESD for $132,566.88. The city has sole-sourced IT support services for several years under intergovernmental cooperation. This is a renewal of that contract. However, moving forward, staff plans to work with IMESD on a more comprehensive contract for the next fiscal year.
The council is also being asked to approve a replat of the original Sunridge Acres subdivision, which was foreclosed on by the city due to the prior developer defaulting. Dusty Pace is the new developer. He has suggested the replat to take into consideration the topography of the portion of the subdivision that is now being referred to as Pace Acres.
The council meeting is accessible via Zoom. The meeting ID is 848 8298 2122 and the pass code is 248854.
