Chip seal to begin on Grant County Roads 63 & 68

IZEE, OR – The Grant County Road Department will begin chip seal work on County Roads 63 and 68 near Izee next week. Find the Road Department’s press release below:

The Grant County Road Department will begin its chip seal season on Tuesday, June 20th, beginning on County Road 63, from the junction of Burns Izee on the 63 to State Highway 395 for about 23 miles.
Work schedule is Monday – Friday, 6 am-5:00 pm. (with the exception of Monday June 19, 2023 Juneteenth closure)
Travel with caution through the work zone.
Be prepared for fresh oil and delays.
There will be traffic control devices and pilot cars.
