Chief Joseph Days Rodeo to Proceed Amid Wildfires in Oregon

Joseph, OR– (Release from Chief Joseph Days Rodeo Committee) The much-anticipated Chief Joseph Days Rodeo is here, even as wildfires continue to affect travel in Oregon. We are aware that reaching our rodeo might be more challenging this year, and we want to ensure that everyone stays informed and safe while making their way to Joseph.

We strongly advise all attendees and participants to regularly check ODOT Trip Check and Elkhorn Media Group for the latest updates on road conditions and closures. There are several alternative routes to reach Joseph, Oregon, besides the usual I-84. Staying in touch with fellow contestants who are also traveling to our rodeo can be a great way to find clear and safe routes.
