Celebrate Recovery is brought back to Harney County

HARNEY COUNTY-Phil and Linda Looney, two local residents of Harney County spoke on Harney County Live about Celebrate Recovery and it being a faith based recovery program. Phil and Linda spoke about the history behind it and how it was in Harney County for 7 years and has now been brought back.

Celebrate Recovery is a recovery group that is open for anyone who needs it including family members. Phil and Linda explained that it is not just recovery from drugs and alcohol, that is also includes mental health, relationship, anger and much more.
