Capital Bond update, work set to begin this summer

BAKER COUNTY – The Baker School District has released some information regarding some information on their 2021-2023 Capital Bond Project. That information can be found in its entirety below.
“Baker School District 5J is pleased to announce Bid Package #1 – Early Procurement as part of their 2021-2023 Capital Bond Projects and Seismic Rehabilitation Projects. This subcontractor bid package is for a re-roof of the Middle School Gymnasium and HVAC and electrical equipment only at the Middle School and Brooklyn Primary School.
This subcontractor bid package will be under the CM/GC for the Middle School Seismic Rehabilitation project, CB Const. of La Grande. Kirk Borgerding of CB Const. will be the single point of contact for this bid – he can be reached at kirk@cbconst.us or (541) 805-9517.
A non-mandatory site walk for roofing contractors only will be held on Friday, January 14 at 10 a.m. at Baker Middle School, 2320 Washington Avenue, Baker City, OR. State COVID requirements shall be followed at this meeting.
Subcontractor bids are due January 25, 2022 @ 10 a.m. Pacific and are to be submitted directly to CB Const. per the bid instructions.
