BURNS-Burns Police Chief, Chief Macartney spoke on Harney Count Live about the City of Burns Police Department tagging vehicles with warnings to multiple people in the City of Burns. Chief Macartney states the Police Department is doing this for vehicles parked incorrect in the easement of the streets, vehicles, up on blocks, expired tags, etc. Chief Macartney explains why they are doing this after so many years of it not being handled.
