Burns-Burns Police Chief, Chief Macartney spent some time reading at the Harney County Early Childhood Center Thursday morning. Burns Police Department are excited to make a trip back to the Harney County Early Childhood Center when the weather warms up so the children can check out the patrol vehicles.
At the Burns Police Department they feel that it’s very important to engage with the community, especially the youth.
