Burns-Burns Interim City Manager Judy Erwin spoke on Harney County Live about Nancy Gardner resigning as the Burns City Manager and how she will be the Interim Manager until someone is hired.
Judy also spoke about the water rate increase that will be showing on the residents of Burns water bill in August and where the money is going. Judy stated that the money is going towards the water project and street repaving project for what grants wont cover.
