Harney County-On U.S. Forest Service-administered lands: no public use restrictions in place and the Industrial Fire Precaution Level is ONE.

On BLM-administered lands: public use restrictions remain in effect (no campfires except at Jackman Park or Fish Lake Campground on Steens Mountain; no off-road driving or parking; personal chainsaw use permitted only before 1 p.m.) and the Industrial Fire Precaution Level is ONE.

Possession, discharge or use of any type of fireworks or other pyrotechnic device, including exploding targets, or tracer or incendiary ammunition on all public land in Harney County REMAINS PROHIBTED. Shooting at, or any other use of metal targets is also prohibited. Sky lanterns are always illegal in Oregon airspace.
