Burns-Burns Code Enforcement Officer Emerson Budreau spoke about the homelessness issue that is happening in the City of Burns and the City of Hines. The 2 cities are working on a time, please and manor ordinance. Emerson also spoke about wanting to put together a community clean up together at the beginning of summer to help people clean up their front yards.
