Burbank man arrested on suspicion of child molestation, meth charges

WALLA WALLA COUNTY — A 53-year-old Burbank man was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of sexually assaulting an underage family member, authorities said.

Jason Lee Rhoades was taken into custody by detectives, according to Walla Walla County Undersheriff Joe Klundt.

Following the arrest, detectives recommended charges to the Walla Walla County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office of first-degree child molestation and possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine.

Rhoades is currently being held at the county jail on a $250,000 bond with no 10 percent cash alternative. His arraignment is set for this coming Monday. Klundt noted that the investigation into the incident remains ongoing.
