Bull Prairie Lake Campground under Level 1 Evacuation

GRANT COUNTY – (Press Release from Grant County Emergency Management)

The Lone Rock fire in Southeast Gilliam County has burned more than 51,000 acres and is highly active, tracking to the Southeast. In cooperation with Wheeler County a level one evacuation notification has been authorized for the Northwestern corner of Grant County, west of County Road 3 and north of USFS Road 24.

This notificaiton impacts the Bull Prairie Lake Campground. Grant County Emergency Management is actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as the situation develops or changes.
