Brandy Lee Ann Winston (address not provided) was recently listed as a suspect by the Oregon State Police following a traffic stop along Foothill Rd near I-84 on April 24. During the stop, a K-9 Search resulted in meth, pills, and brass knuckles being found in the vehicle. The official OSP description of the incident is as follows:
“On stated time, date, and location I stopped a vehicle for a traffic infraction. While talking with the occupants RS was established for criminal activity. The driver and owner of the vehicle denied consent and K9 Ore was deployed to the vehicle and had a positive alert to one of his trained odors. A search warrant was granted and during the search of the vehicle meth, pills, and brass knuckles were located. The vehicle was towed to OSP office and then when it was done being searched it was towed to Fenn’s lot in La Grande.”
Charges include Concealed Weapon, Possession of Weapon by Felon, Possession of Methamphetamine – 2g to < 10g, and Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance.
