Bologna Fire near Monument is 2,136 acres on Monday

MONUMENT / KIMBERLY – The Bologna Fire is burning northwest of Monument, and Level 1 Evacuations remain in place for some areas north of Highway 402 between Monument and Kimberly.
Grant County Emergency Management reports a secondary structure was lost in the fire. The fire is estimated to be 2,136 acres in size at last update.
The Level 1 (BE READY) Evacuation Zone includes areas “…south of USFS Rd 23, north of Hwy 402, east of the Grant / Wheeler County line and west of Cupper Creek Rd.”
