BMHD CEO says two new doctors will join the team

JOHN DAY – We learned recently that Cam Marlowe is the new CEO for Blue Mountain Hospital District—filling the position left by former CEO Derek Daly. Marlowe was on KJDY’s Coffee Time recently, and stated he’s looking to get the “lay of the land” to identify which areas could potentially use improvement:
“I think as I listen to and work with stakeholders—you know, not just our employees and providers, but people throughout the community—as I work with them, I think we’ll get a really good feel for what we can build upon.”
Marlowe did mention there will be two new providers coming to the hospital. Dr. Charlie Price just finished his residency in Klamath Falls and will be added to the BMHD physician panel in August. Dr. Gillian Seton is a General Surgeon and will be joining the team within the “next couple of months,” according to Marlowe.
