Blasting planned in Pendleton

PENDLETON – The city of Pendleton has announced that American Rock Products will be performing blasting operations at the Westgate pit in the 3700 block of Westgate tomorrow (Tuesday).

Operations are expected to begin around 4 p.m. The company says that pedestrian and vehicular traffic may be restricted during the blasting. People in the area may hear the blast or feel minor ground vibrations.
