Brodi Burrill, born Feb. 8th, is Blue Mountain Hospital’s New Year Baby

JOHN DAY – The stork must have been on vacation in Grant County with our unseasonably warm weather. The Blue Mountain Hospital District has announced the first baby of 2026 has been born at the hospital. Brodi Burril was born on February 8^th at 7:51 a.m. to parents Myranda Sweek and Bladen Burril. Brodi weighed in at 7 pounds, 15 ounces, and measured 22 inches long.
