BAKER COUNTY — A growing number of scam reports have prompted warnings about fraudulent activity targeting local Idaho Power customers. Imposters claiming to represent Idaho Power are reaching out through door-to-door visits, phone calls, texts, and emails.
These individuals often attempt to pressure customers into providing sensitive personal information or making fast payments.
Idaho Power Reminders:
Anyone who receives a suspicious visit or message should refrain from sharing personal information or sending payment. When in doubt, contact customer service directly using official contact channels to verify account status.
