NYSSA – Chief Rau with the Nyssa Police Department is warning of phone scammers who are calling from a router reflecting local cellphone numbers. The scam, which has been happening for quite some time, is involving social security fraud.
It is advised that you never give our personal information over the phone including social security numbers of bank numbers and other sensitive information.
