Battle Mountain has new evacuation levels

UKIAH – After attending a morning briefing on the BATTLE MOUNTAIN COMPLEX FIRE, the following changes have been made to the Evacuation Levels in that area. The following report is from the Umatilla County Emergency Operations Center

Downgraded to LEVEL 1 (BE READY – Green):

Entire City of Ukiah and Soap Hill area south of the City of Ukiah, east side of Highway 395 for five miles and down to FS Rd 52

Downgraded to LEVEL 2 (BE SET – Yellow) Unit UMC 309
North of Road 53, south of Road 241, east of Road 53 and Rd 5314 and west of Highway 395. 

Remaining at:
LEVEL 2 (BE SET – Yellow) Unit UMC 319 – The Bridge Creek Area and entire bottom southeast corner of Umatilla County, including the area of Double Snag and Upper Winom area

LEVEL 3 (GO NOW – Red)

Entire area south of Highway 395 at Copper creek, between Highway 395 S to the County Lines on the west and south side. and then Entire area south of FS Rd 52, five miles east of Highway 395 S and down to County Line.

REMOVED: 

Unit UMC-301 (Gray)  Described as north of NFD Road 242, south of Gurdane Rd, east of Gurdane Rd and west of Highway 395
