Ballot Drop Site has moved at the Harney County Courthouse

HARNEY COUNTY-The Primary Election is approaching and the deadline to register to vote for the first time or to change your party affiliation is April 28, 2026. Ballots will be mailed out on Wednesday, April 29, 2026.
You can update your registration online at oregonvotes.org or in person at your County Clerk’s Office.
Please note that due to the upcoming jail addition and renovation at the Harney County Jail, the Official Drive-Up Ballot Drop Site at the Harney County Courthouse has been relocated one block north to the parking lot across the street, at the corner of “A” Street and Court Avenue, with access to “A” Street. Additional Official Drop Sites are available at Hines City Hall and inside the Harney County County Clerk’s Office.
