Baker County Sheriff’s Office Undersheriff takes position at Benton County Sheriff

BAKER COUNTY – The Baker County Sheriff’s Office last week said farewell to Undersheriff Jef Van Arsdall, who had been with the agency since 2017. He came to Baker County Sheriff’s Office with over 20 years of experience in law enforcement.

Undersheriff Van Arsdall was recently chosen to fill the unexpired term of retiring Sheriff Scott Jackson in Benton County, Oregon.

The Baker County Sheriff’s Office wishes new Benton County Sheriff Van Arsdall the best of luck in his new endeavor.
