Baker County Search and Rescue Looking for Volunteers

BAKER COUNTY – (Information from Baker County) The Baker County Sheriff’s Office Search and Rescue team is looking for new volunteers. Now is an opportunity for qualified Baker County residents to support their community and potentially save lives. As stated on their official listing:

“Search and Rescue volunteers respond to a variety of rescue/recovery missions. Response may occur during inclement weather and involve a vast array of terrain conditions. Trainings are held monthly.

Completed applications must be returned to the Baker County Sheriff’s Office at 3410 K Street, Baker City, OR 97814.
