Baker County Holding Special Commission Session February 17

BAKER COUNTY – (Information from Baker County) Baker County will be hosting a special commission session February 17 at 12:30 p.m. This special session concerns ORS (Oregon Revised Statutes) 192.660(2)(h), the description of which reads, “to consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to currentlitigation or litigation likely to be filed.” The agenda and joining information are as follows:

“Because of the uncertain length of time needed, the Board of Commissioners may deal with an item at any time in the meeting, except those set for a specific time. Anyone wishing to be heard on any item not having a set time should arrive when the meeting begins to avoid missing an item of interest. Interested parties can join the meeting in person or by using the Zoom link located at: www.bakercounty.org/online/meetings.html
