BAKER CITY — The Baker County Board of Commissioners unanimously voted on and passed the updated Baker County Parks Ordinance (2025-07) at their December 3rd meeting. Commissioner Michelle Kaseberg read 2025-07, stating, โโฆthere is need to update the Baker County Parks Ordinance to ensure public safety, accommodate changing needs of the community, and incorporate order and structure into the ordinance.โ
No members of the public provided comment for, or in opposition to, the passage of the ordinance. Following unanimous passage from the Board of Commissioners, the Baker County Parks Ordinance (2025-07) went into effect immediately and repealed all previous ordinances regulating Baker County Parks.
