Baker County Ambulance Service Area Advisory Committee Seeking Volunteers

BAKER CITY – (Information from Baker County) Baker County is seeking volunteers for its Ambulance Service Area Advisory Committee. The Committee primarily works to monitor and advise Baker County EMS systems in assistance to the County Commissioners. Committee members will be asked to do the following:
- Meet annually or as requested.
- Assist in finding solutions to EMS issues.
- Represent the interests of:
- Emergency room physicians
- Health department representatives
- Emergency medical care providers
- Air ambulance providers
- Fire services
- Law enforcement
- Search and rescue
- Dispatch centers
- The general public
Those interested in volunteering must submit a volunteer form to the Baker County Commissioners’ Office by 5:00 p.m. on February 24, 2023. Forms can found at ApplicationForm.pdf (bakercounty.org).
