BAKER CITY — Officials with the City of Baker City have announced the opening of the city’s splash pad is set for Wednesday, June 10th.

Baker City personnel stated, “The City encourages all residents to practice responsible water conservation throughout the summer season to help preserve community resources and support continued operation of public amenities, including the splash pad. Water availability will continue to be monitored and assessed throughout the summer months. Accordingly, hours and days of operation may fluctuate or be adjusted as necessary to support ongoing conservation efforts and ensure sustainable water use.”

The splash pad will be open between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.  Hours and days of operation may fluctuate in the summer months as water availability continues to be assessed.
