Baker City Splash Pad extends hours to 7 p.m. daily

BAKER CITY — Beginning Monday evening, June 26th, water lovers at the Baker City splash pad will get two more hours of fun each day. City officials have extended the closure time and announced that the splash pad will be in operation every day from 1 p.m. until 7 p.m.
City personnel stated, “Operating hours of the splash pad will continue to be evaluated throughout the summer months and may change as needed to support conservation efforts and ensure sustainable water use.”
