BAKER CITY — The Baker City Police Department is holding its first of two town halls on the issue of fentanyl on Wednesday, May 1.

The PD is inviting everyone to join them at the Community Connections Community Center in Baker at 2810 Cedar Street from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.

The presentation is called “Fentanyl: Dangers and Prevention” and will give the public an opportunity to ask questions to law enforcement officials on how this crisis is affecting Baker City families.

A second town hall on the same topic will be held at the same location on May 14.
