Baker City man arrested twice this week

UPDATE: According to the Baker City Police Department, officers and detectives have located Margaret Lacey, age 33.  She was lodged at the Baker County Jail for Robbery II, Burglary I, Theft II, Interfering w/making a police report, criminal mischief ii and harassment.  Officers located and recovered the wallet and both phones as they had been discarded. 

BAKER CITY – 41-year-old Forrest Lee Entermille of Baker City has had two encounters with law Enforcement in Baker County this week that lead to his arrest.  The first took place on Sunday when Entiremille was arrested on charges of Disorderly Conduct II, Felon in possession of a restricted weapon, interfering with a peace officer and criminal mischief II, details on what lead to those charges has not been released at this time. 

The second incident took place Monday evening when Entermille, along with 33-year-old Margret Samantha Lacey a transient, entered a residence on 2nd Street and stole a wallet with an undisclosed amount of money.  

According to the Baker City Police Department, “Entermille was observed near Main Street in Baker and was stopped and arrested on probable cause for the Robbery and Burglary charges stemming from the incident.”  

Lacey has not been located, however probable cause exists for her arrest on the Robbery and Burglary charges, Entermille was lodged in the Baker County Jail on charges of Robbery II and Burglary I.
