Baker City man arrest for sex crimes, currently hours in the Baker County Jail

BAKER CITY – (Release from the Baker City Police Department) On Monday March 21^st, 2022, at about 4:30 pm Baker City Police arrested Jerry Ray Shaw Jr., age 40 at the Baker City Police Department on the following charges:

-Sodomy 1^st Degree

-Sexual penetration with object 1^st Degree

-Sexual abuse 1^st degree

He was transported to the Baker County Jail and lodged without incident. The alleged crimes involve one juvenile female.

The investigation is ongoing.
