Baker Bulldogs finished 2nd at state, four strokes behind Marist Catholic

CRESWELL – After starting the day in the lead, the Baker boys golf team falls short in its attempt to repeat as 4A state champs. The Bulldogs finish second at state, four strokes behind champion Marist Catholic.
Baker’s Isaiah Jones is the Dawgs’ top individual golfer, finishing fourth overall.
The OSAA 4A Boys State Golf Championship was held at Emerald Valley Golf Club in Creswell, south of Eugene.
