Baker Bulldog girl wrestlers take home first place in Elgin

BAKER CITY — The Baker City Bulldogs report a good weekend of wrestling at the Elgin Memorial Classic invitational.  Baker Bulldog Wrestling took to social media to celebrate the Baker City girls wrestling team, who took home the team trophy. Also, Lilly Collins and Marli Lind took home first place in individual divisions.

The boys took sixth place with nine competitors. Aldo Duran won first place in his weight class for the boys.

Practice continues after Christmas on the 26th and 27th for the Bulldogs, who will then travel to Ontario on Saturday to compete in the Charlie Anthony Tournament.
