Assault charge lands man on probation in Grant County

CANYON CITY – It will be probation for a man who pleaded guilty to an assault charge in Grant County Circuit Court recently. Court documents show that Daren Lee Drury, 55, pleaded guilty to one count of Assault in the Fourth Degree. Drury was sentenced to 18 months on Supervised Probation, with special conditions included. The crime was committed around April 28th of this year.
