Arrest made following alleged pet burglary

JOHN DAY – The John Day Police Department responded to a location at 677 W Main in John Day on Tuesday afternoon for a burglary call. A caller reported a subject had stolen a pet from a residence. Officers arrested Melinda Dethman, 60, of John Day for Burglary I, Criminal Trespass and Theft II. Nothing further was released.
