BAKER CITY – Applications are being accepted now through May 1, 2021 for scholarships through the SPC. Mabry James Anders Memorial Foundation.

This organization focuses “on enhancing the knowledge of the youth as well as the members of the military.” This is done by raising funds and offering scholarships within the local Baker City area to honor SPC. Mabry James Anders who was killed in Afghanistan on August 27, 2012.
