BAKER CITY – The Baker School District has announced that the district will be providing K-6 school supplies again for the upcoming 2022-2023 school year.
According to the district all parents or guardians will need to provide for K-6 students is a backpack. Please contact your school with any question.
Other announcements from the district include their Free Summer Meals Program “Free, nutritious summer meals are available to all children ages 18 and younger most weekdays (Monday through Friday) throughout the summer! Our summer meals will be available from June 13th through August 26th this year.
We will have one community location at Baker High School in the commons area; and we will be serving breakfast from 9-9:30 AM and Lunch from 12-12:30 PM.
No registration or application is necessary! Just show up!
All children 18 and younger, even out-of-town visitors, are welcome to the free meals. Adults are also welcome to the meals, but meals for adults must be purchased in advance from the District Office.
This year, parents and guardians will no longer be able to pick up meals on behalf of their children. Children must be present to receive a meal and remain onsite when consuming their meal.”
