American Legion talking scholarships on Harney County Live

Harney County-Charles Schmidt and Robert Hornbeck with the American Legion spoke about the Oratorical Scholarship Program and who is able to apply for there. There are 2 applicants that are participating in it this weekend.

Charles and Robert also spoke about how Veterans’ Services stated the “Be The One” program and working with 988 the suicide hotline.
