Almost time for the Harney County Frosty Fest Light Parade

HARNEY COUNTY-Frosty Fest Light Parade will be taking place Saturday, December 13, 2025 at 5:00pm. The Harney County Chamber of Commerce would like to thank Samantha Landon for all her hard work in heading up this event. Cash prizes will be awarded this year for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, along with people’s choice. 1st place will receive $1,000, 2nd place will receive $500, 3rd place will receive $350 and peoples choice will receive $150.
Lineup starts at 4:00pm behind US bank with the parade starting at 5:00pm. The parade will end at the City of Hines for the tree lighting event.
After the parade the festivities will then be in Hines for the City of Hines Tree lighting. The City of Hines will have a bonfire, and the fire department will be providing hot dogs and hot chocolate while Hip Kids Dance Academy performs for the community.
