IRRIGON – The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jonathan James Price, 42, and his wife Maria Anita Price Tuesday on charges of first-degree theft, second-degree burglary, and criminal mischief.

“Him and his wife are alleged to have broken into a storage unit,” Morrow County District Attorney Justin Nelsons said. “The unique aspect is that they went through the wall of their own storage unit to gain access to the storage unit next to theirs.”

Nelson said that on Wednesday a judge released Maria Anita Price from jail but ordered Jonathan James Price to continue to be incarcerated because of his “recent criminal history.”

Mr. Price will have a probable cause hearing on Tuesday. Mrs. Price is scheduled for the same type of hearing on June 27.
