Alleged thief caught with stolen golf cart

MILTON-FREEWATER – Umatilla County Sheriff’s deputies acted on a tip that a stolen golf cart was spotted in Milton-Freewater. The victim of the theft called the tip in and the golf cart was recovered.

Deputies also found a stolen firearm from a separate case at the home of Ethan Daniel Graybill, 34, at 208 Hill Street.

Graybill was arrested and charged with first-degree theft of a firearm, unauthorized use of a vehicle, first-degree theft of over $1,000 value, and possession of a stolen vehicle. All of those charges are felonies.
