Alleged child sex abusers violate pretrial release

WALLA WALLA – A couple awaiting trial for alleged child sex crimes in Walla Walla County is back in jail after being taken into custody for violating the conditions of their pretrial release.

The Walla Walla Police Department reports Jesse C. DeLarosa, 56, was wearing an ankle bracelet, but between him and his wife, Tamara L. DeLarosa, 53, one or both went somewhere they weren’t supposed to and also communicated with someone they weren’t supposed to.

The DeLarosas were arrested in Brownsville, Texas last summer on outstanding warrants. They were extradited back to Walla Walla County.

He is charged with three counts of indecent liberties, one count of rape of a child and four counts of child molestation, which are all felonies. The alleged abuse involved several children he knew and occurred between 2004 and 2017 in Walla Walla.

She is charged with first-degree rendering criminal assistance and tampering with a witness, both felonies.
