BAKER, MALHEUR, & HARNEY COUNTIES โ Folks in southeastern Oregon are experiencing long periods of stagnant air this winter. The National Weather Service has issued another Air Stagnation Advisory, in effect through Friday morning of this week. This means areas of fog may stay in place for extended periods; as well as pollutants (like smoke from debris burning) may be trapped near ground-level and cause further complication for those with respiratory problems.
