Air B&B’s on hold

ENTERPRISE, OR – The City of Enterprise during their council meeting, gave an update on Air Bed and Breakfast and some concerns and recommendations were brought forth to the council and it was recommended to place a 90-day moratorium on all new Air B&B’s. This time would allow time to review and speak with legal counsel, and start the process of changing the ordinance code, once the parameters are made. Lacey McQuead, City Administrator for the City of Enterprise made it clear that the goal is not to ban Air B&B’s in Enterprise, but to have some guidelines.
