A Prineville man has his hunting license suspended for 3 years in Harney County

HARNEY COUNTY-According to Harney County Circuit Court Documents, Brogun Barber, 26, of Prineville was convicted of Taking, Angling, Hunting, or Trapping in Violation of Wildlife, which is a Class A Misdemeanor, committed on or about September 26, 2023.

The conviction was based upon a Guilty Plea entered on April 22, 2024. Barber’s hunting license is suspended for 3 years and ordered to pay restitution to the TIP (Turn-In-Poachers) Fund in the amount of $7,500. 3 Counts were disposed of with no conviction.
