Nyssa High School soccer players participate in StoryTime with kindergarteners

NYSSA — Seven Nyssa High School Girls Soccer players recently participated in the Four Rivers Cultural Center’s StoryTime activity in Ontario. Kindergarten students across five elementary schools participated in “…a morning of reading and connecting with older students,” according to Nyssa School District staff.

A statement from Nyssa School District explains, “It was a great opportunity for our senior student-athletes to give back by reading to Nyssa’s five elementary classes and connecting with younger students in our community. We are proud of our seniors for taking the time to participate, represent Nyssa High School, and be positive role models for our younger students.”
