Dr. Alisha McBride of Vale School Dist. is COSA’s Superintendent of the Year

VALE — The Coalition of Oregon School Administrators has announced that Vale School District Superintendent Dr. Alisha McBride has been named the 2027 Oregon Superintendent of the Year.
The coalition stated, “Under her leadership, graduation rates have climbed from 86% to 95% and attendance has grown by more than 22 points — proof of her vision and commitment to every student. She now advances to national recognition through AASA, and we’ll celebrate her at the OSBA Annual Convention in November and the COSA Winter Conference in February.”
