Tribal police searching for missing 72-year-old Washington man

MISSION – The Umatilla Tribal Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing 72-year-old man.

Donald Partin was last seen at 2:30 a.m. Monday driving north near Highway 331 and Mission Road.

Partin is described as a white man, 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 200 pounds, and bald. He was driving a silver 2023 Ram 2500 with Washington license plate A940674.
