Heppner DMV is closed Thursday

HEPPNER – The Oregon Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) tells us the Heppner DMV facility at 54173 Highway 74 will be closed tomorrow (Thursday) due to staffing issues.

Customers may be able to fulfill their needs at dmv2u.oregon.gov. That online service offers more than 30 transactions and operates 24 hours a day.
